Located at the entrance to the farmhouse, not overlooked, this gîte is a little gem. From the outside, you appreciate its symmetry, its stone staircase with its flowered steps. Inside, the first level includes, entering on the right, the spacious dining room and its open and practical kitchen. Entering on the left, a small bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double bed) with a (decorative) fireplace, a piece of furniture with books and board games. You have a toilet and hand basin on this level. A desk is at your disposal in the living room with WiFi connection and printer.

Under the roof, 1 open bedroom, very spacious, with old terracotta tiles on the floor and exposed stone walls, has a cozy King Size bed. A 150X200 sofa bed allows 1 additional person (or 2 children) to sleep. An 80X200 extra bed can be added in this large bedroom for a 6th person.

The bathroom partially open to the bedroom offers you a designer whirlpool bath and a very spacious walk-in shower.

The cottage is equipped with reversible heat pump air conditioning. domestic hot water is supplied by a thermodynamic water heater.

You have a small private garden under the cherry tree next to your cottage with table, chairs, Weber gas barbecue. The swimming pool is right next door. You also have access to the castle park for your activities or relaxation.

Located in the castle farmhouse, this large gîte with a spacious kitchen-dining room is perfect for a large family or a group of friends.

On the first floor with a surface area of 80 m2, you find the living room of 40 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, a table that can accommodate 10 people. A technical room with washing machine and dryer as well as a toilet complete this part of the floor. On the other side, the 20 m2 living room has a large corner sofa and an armchair around coffee tables. A piece of furniture contains lots of books, board games, games for children, a Bluetooth speaker. A bathroom with walk-in shower adjoins a bedroom for 2 people.

On the 2nd floor, the 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 4, 2 and 4 people respectively occupy 80 m2 with a bathroom including a bathtub, a sink and a WC.

You have access to the castle park where you can meet for lunch or dinner, you have a Weber gas barbecue, a hammock for a nap, benches for relaxing.

For young and old, you have ping-pong, table football, a frog game, shuffleboard, Molky, pétanque.

This room is located below the Madeleine apartment in the farmyard.

You have a small, cozy bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

Breakfast is included in the price and is taken in the castle dining room.

Located in the courtyard of the farm , this apartment is steeped in history. It was long inhabited by Madeleine , a true memory of the castle, who lived there with her husband for many years. Now 91 years old, she now resides in the retirement home in Buxy.

Simple and functional accommodation

Unlike the other accommodations on the estate, this apartment has not yet been refurbished and remains more modest.

Access is via an external staircase , leading to a small space equipped for preparing a hot drink .

First bedroom : separated by a screen , it has a double bed (160 cm) .

Second bedroom: adjoining, it also offers a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed .

An unusual bathroom

The bathroom is accessible from each room , with the option to close the door for more privacy. It includes:

A bathtub with a bathtub screen for the shower

A sink

A toilet

All in a retro decor , with pink tiles decorated with palm trees , which add a kitsch and original touch.

The 4-person suite "La Mauresque" transports you to the Middle East, with its warm colors and decorative elements combining refinement and surprise.

This north wing of the castle is the most recent and does not contain any remarkable architectural elements. We have made it a modern room with the story of my paternal grandfather who was director of the tobacco company in Casablanca in the 40s and 50s and a savvy amateur photographer. The beautiful photo of the Marrakech souk, those of southern Morocco or the fishermen of southern Spain are all testimonies of his talent. My father was born in Casablanca and worked as a water driller in the 70s. He traveled to many countries in Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. He brought back jewelry and incense bottles from Saudi Arabia and Syria, weapons from Morocco and Nigeria.

This very cozy and warm room with its colorful cushions allows you to find yourself in peace and quiet on the 2nd floor of the castle.

You enter the room through a private hall where you can leave your belongings, pour yourself a tea or coffee, enjoy a hot chocolate or a biscuit and pick up some literature. From there, you access the bedroom, you enjoy a cozy king-size bed, and two single beds 90X200cm at the entrance of the room. These two single beds can be joined to form a second double bed.

The bathroom, which includes a large shower, is semi-open to the bedroom. The toilet is separate and outside the bedroom, in the private hall.

The bedroom has two windows overlooking the garden. The curtains are blackout.

You have access to the castle's large living room to read, drink tea or an aperitif, chat...

In fine weather, you have access to the swimming pool and the 2ha park behind the castle, you have tables, chairs, benches, hammocks to have a good time.

This elegant suite takes its name from a drawing of Napoleon Bonaparte , made in the room itself by Victor Lacaille d'Esse , a renowned architect from Chalon-sur-Saône who died too young and was the brother of the chatelaine Marie-Josée. An unusual testimony to the past, this drawing has been carefully preserved and now hangs in the bathroom.

A refined and intimate space

Located on the 2nd floor of the castle , the suite opens onto a private entrance hall , guaranteeing tranquility and independence. It is composed of three separate rooms :

The master bedroom : equipped with a queen-size bed , it offers an elegant atmosphere with its fireplace and a window overlooking the castle courtyard. A small corridor leads to the second room.

The second bedroom / living room : adjustable according to your wishes, it has two single beds (90x200 cm) which can be transformed into a double bed of 180 , toad armchairs , a chest of drawers , a fireplace and a window overlooking the courtyard. A small closet houses a space dedicated to the preparation of coffee, tea or herbal teas .

A unique bathroom : a true room in its own right, it is equipped with a freestanding bathtub , installed opposite a window overlooking a majestic ash tree where squirrels often frolic. A large shower completes this space, under the imposing gaze of Napoleon on his rearing horse . The separate toilet ensures optimal comfort.

Modularity and access to the castle spaces

For stays with family or friends, the Victor suite can be combined with the Moorish room , forming a private apartment for 8 people , with the possibility of adding a baby bed . Access is via a private landing .

You also have access to the castle's large lounge , ideal for reading, sharing a friendly moment or enjoying tea or an aperitif.

Relaxation and nature within your reach

On sunny days, enjoy the 2-hectare park , sit on a bench, a chair or a hammock , and let yourself be lulled by the serenity of the place. The swimming pool , located just behind the castle, awaits you for a refreshing break.
